At LiteHouse Realty, we believe that home ownership is a large part of the American dream.  We make it our duty to ensure our clients get the customized service they need to realize that dream.  We take pride in being able to put someone in the home that's right for them, in the least amount of time possible. We do this by not just listening to our customers but by hearing what they have to say.

Company Profile

LiteHouse Realty's Broker, Bill Fischbein, and his wife Cathey, bring to the bargaining table over 20 years of knowledge, experience and expertise negotiating for real estate.  As listing agents, they remain current and informed on the constantly changing laws governing the sale of real estate, and will walk with you side by side through the inspections process.  They offer competitive rates and no hidden charges or administration fees.

Accomplishments

Bill is a graduate of the Frederick Academy of Real Estate for brokerage. He is a member of several real estate associations including the National Association of Realtors and the Anne Arundel County Association of Realtors. In his off time Bill is also a member of multiple chambers of commerce, and the Maryland Yacht Club.  Bill has received the "Multi-Million Dollar Agent" award for 2002, 2003, and 2004.
