Dear Tammy (and Bill),    Now that the dust has cleared and Dave and I have settled into the new house, I wanted to say thank you for everything you and Bill did to make the sale of my home in Baltimore go smoothly.  You were always so reassuring and supportive through the process and checked every avenue available to find a buyer for us.  Having a contract in 30 days when there were about 17 homes in my neighborhood on the market was incredible!
